All prospective guards of Indepth Watchers Guards are taken through a rigorous employment process including physical fitness, written tests, and physical drills. This is followed by background data verification, classroom training, and basic parade drills.

Training Covers 7 Core Areas:

• Basic Access Control, Report Writing, and Record Keeping.

• Fire Safety, Emergency Response, and First Aid Administration.

• Basic Security Gadgets: Usage and Maintenance.
• Physical Drill and Parade for self-defense and fitness.
